"The Neuroscience of Success – Understanding and Mastering your Mindset" by Jill Windelspecht, President of Talent Specialists Consulting
We have learned so much in the last 20 years about the brain and how powerful thoughts are to a healthy life, career or business. We can choose to make decisions and take actions that either move us toward what we really want or make excuses and move away.
The impact your beliefs have on your success and your health
- How to move from fear and avoidance to learning and growth
- How to apply a growth mindset to your business and life
- Apply the power of choice – to respond versus react
**We have invited members of NAWBO Cleveland to join us for this meeting. We want to say a very big welcome to all of their members that will be joining us!**

She works across multiple industries and coaches leaders in multiple functions including IT, Finance, HR, Marketing, Program Management and Sales. Her passion for leveraging neuroscience in coaching and training came from working with analytical thinkers and leaders in technical fields. Neuroscience shows that the ‘soft stuff’ or ‘soft skills’ have real data behind it that shows us logically how we are wired to think, feel and act – and most importantly, how we can leverage that data to help improve how we lead, communicate, make decisions and manage change!
Jill is a Certified Coach with an emphasis in emotional intelligence and neuroscience. She is sought after for executive coaching, organization consulting, leadership workshops, and speaking. She lives in LaGrange, OH with her husband of 25 years, two dogs and a cat.
