After spending over 20 years in Corporate America, negotiating tech contracts with Fortune 100 companies, earning over $1.4 billion in sales with clients in many different industries, implementing processes to streamline and cut costs, and how NOT to treat a team, Janice "Jumped" out of the crazy corporate life and took her business acumen to the streets. She launched several successful companies over the last 15 years ranging from Family Entertainment and Event Planning to Coaching and Training. In 2021, she blended her business background to launch The Biz Hive – a boutique-style business center located in Medina and Wadsworth offering support services and workspaces to busy professionals. Her personal passion is teaching small businesses and sales professionals how to grow their businesses. Becoming certified through Assessments 24/7 as a DISC Practitioner allows Jokkel to train teams on how to connect with each other more effectively and build trust.
