During the pandemic when we were all forced to “STOP”, our personal and professional lives were upended. Many of us took long hard looks at our lives and reconnected with what’s most important to us, including how we want to live and work each day, and made adjustments in lifestyle and careers.

Now that we are moving farther away from the peak of Covid risk, and returning to work and life, many are finding that they are falling back into the trap of pre-Covid demands, habits, and compromise.

BIO: PAMELA GLOWSKI

Pamela has spent over a decade serving Human Resources and business professionals in providing solutions to meet their recruiting, staffing, coaching, and organizational development needs. Her ability to collaborate with her clients through any stage of the employee life cycle has impacted and helped organizations of all sizes to attract and retain qualified employees, decrease turnover, increase employee engagement, and advance organizational human capital goals. She has partnered with clients to help facilitate cultural change and to advance diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives.

Pamela has earned her Bachelor of Science in Industrial and Organizational Psychology and is currently pursuing her master's degree in Industrial-Organizational Psychology from the University of Phoenix. She is also a Certified Life & Human Capital Coach.
