The company provides videoconferencing equipment and hosted based videoconferencing cloud service with broadband internet access. Jim also publishes an online videoconferencing blog: jwhornvideoconference.com. Jim's role is to recommend and specify the best solution for any client within any budget. Jim is a "hands-on" owner as he in the field with his technicians and does the training with each client.
