"Reframing from Despair to Hope" by Steve Lanza, Managing Partner at Richfield Associates
In the face of a potential career transition or brokenness, hopefulness has the power to heal.
There is a vital distinction between "feeling" hopeful and "being" hopeful .
· We don’t have total control over our emotions.
· No one “feels” hopeful after he or she has lost a job or a home, good health or has taken a devastating hit on his or her retirement portfolio.
Being hopeful is a choice, a prevailing attitude that endures and is relatively immune to the gains and losses that flow in and out of our lives. This presentation shares that it's worth the effort to learn.
