“Living on Purpose" by Constance J. Longmire, Ph.D. Keynote Speaker, Coach, Author, Educator

Living on purpose means gaining clarity about who you are and what you value, then aligning your daily actions with that truth. It requires the courage to say “no” to distractions, the wisdom to focus on impact rather than impressing others, and the discipline to find meaning even in small, everyday moments. Purpose becomes your anchor in difficult seasons, guiding you with resilience and keeping you grounded in what matters most. It also calls for walking with the right people who sharpen and support your growth, and ultimately, living beyond yourself by serving others and leaving a lasting legacy.
Key Points: Here are some strong bullet-point topics you can use for Living on Purpose
Aligning Values and Actions – Making daily decisions that reflect your true
priorities.
Courage to Say No – Setting boundaries that protect your time, peace, and
purpose.
Impact over Impressing – Focusing on legacy and contribution rather than
comparison.
Purpose in the Everyday – Finding meaning in ordinary tasks and small
moments.
Resilience Through Purpose – Using purpose as your anchor during
challenges and setbacks.
Purpose and People – Building relationships that sharpen, support, and stretch
you.
