"The Heart of Radical Caring: Transforming Workplace Culture and Empowering Individuals" by Andrea D. Campbell, MSE, MBA

During this presentation, participants will be given strategies to help transform their workplace culture. Also, they will have the opportunity to explore the possibilities for positive change in the post-pandemic workplace environment.

 

Participants will learn how to:

- Inspire those you lead and create a heart-centered workplace culture

- Build an inclusive work environment where employees feel valued

- Improve job performance and satisfaction

- Avoid employee burnout and attrition

 

As a result, participants will leave the presentation feeling empowered, hopeful, more in control of their success, and inspired to create a better workplace experience for all.

- 3 strategies for creating heart-centered workplace culture

 

 

Andrea D. Campbell, MSE, MBA is a business strategist who delivers high-energy presentations that challenge leaders to use their hearts to make transformational shifts in organizations, teams and individuals. These bold and intentional changes are necessary to achieve higher productivity, increase profits and create a caring and engaging workplace culture. 

Desire, self-awareness, and compassion are necessary for great leadership. Because of this, Andrea has developed an innovative program to educate leaders on how to create a radical caring environment and have an increase in engagement through the Radical Caring & Engagement Initiative. The development of the work is a result of her unique experiences and insights from working in Corporate America for over 20 years as a successful engineer, salesperson, consultant, and trainer. 

Also, as a two-time cancer survivor, Andrea understands what it takes to be resilient in the face of challenge and adversity. She uses the lessons learned from her experiences to help leaders navigate and explore the possibilities of transforming toxic workplace cultures and increasing retention.

Andrea received her MBA from Weatherhead School of Management (Case Western Reserve University), her master's degree in Environmental Engineering from Case Western Reserve University, and her bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering from Case Western Reserve University. Also, she is certified to administer the Emotional and Social Competence Inventory (ESCI), which is used to assess and develop leaders' and individuals' emotional and social intelligence competencies.

Andrea received her executive coaching certifications from Weatherhead School of Management, Brave Thinking Institute and CaPP Institute. In addition, she has a certification in Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DE&I) from USF and a certification in Women Leadership from Cornell University. 

As a bestselling author of three books, Andrea has been featured on National and local television shows. She enjoys a little spice in her life and loves all things ginger.
