• Learn how to build positive relationships by acknowledging others' contributions, offering genuine compliments, and showing vulnerability, which encourages reciprocity and helps create a win-win situation.

Laura A. Petrella, Vice President, Client Services, SACS Consulting & Investigative Services, Inc.
Laura is a seasoned business professional with her 25 + years of successful leadership at the Cuyahoga Falls Chamber of Commerce. She has a strong business acumen, excelling in day-to-day business operations, streamlining processes, CRM, organizational skills, and business networking and marketing. 

She has always been in a “people-facing” line of work since she was 15 years old, working in a local family-owned pizza shop, where she learned the importance of customer service and face-to-face people skills.  

At SACS Consulting, she works in client services, private investigations, background verifications, and is also trained in electronic debug sweeps.

She comes from a strong Italian family, with a father who was in the Army and Law Enforcement. She grew up in Kent, Ohio, with 5 siblings, and that includes a twin sister. She is a graduate of Kent Roosevelt High School and Kent State University and resides in the City of Kent.
